WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Any resident of the Mad River Valley in need of interim financial assistance, whose needs are not being served by established programs, is eligible to apply for and receive assistance in obtaining the necessities of life.

If you need assistance, please complete an application (at left) and send to the Mad River Valley Community Fund, P.O. Box 353, Waitsfield, Vermont 05673. If you know of someone who needs assistance, please call 496-3638.

WHY GIVE?

Your tax deductible donation to the Mad River Valley Community Fund will improve the quality of life of a Valley resident. The Fund has little overhead, and all work for the Fund is performed on a volunteer basis. Office space and most supplies are donated. By contributing to the Fund you can maximize the effort of your donation while providing those in need with a means of receiving aid with dignity.

Remember, the Fund has limited resources, and needs your help to meet the needs of the community. In addition to individual contributions, the Fund welcomes the aid of Valley businesses and groups which might be interested in hosting events for the benefit of the Fund.
